Earlier this week, Grant Fontaine, State Project Director for Conservatives for Clean Energy South Carolina, traveled to Washington, D.C., where he met with members of South Carolina’s congressional delegation to discuss the need for thoughtful permitting reform. Fontaine highlighted how outdated permitting processes delay critical energy infrastructure projects, driving up costs for consumers and slowing economic growth. The meetings highlighted CCE’s commitment to advancing a commonsense, all-of-the-above approach that strengthens energy reliability and affordability across South Carolina.
